Water Leak to Guest Cabin

When we tried to operate windshield wiper washers, we noticed that no water was coming out from the starboard side wiper nozzles. A couple minutes later, we realized that the water went straight into guest cabin ceiling due to a faulty hose connection.
A short investigation on the cabin ceiling revealed that this issue had many precedents and unfortunately had been ignored by the yard.
Status: Ceiling and speaker replacement pending since 03May18
Status Update: Fixed in 324 days

Blue hose was disconnected from the fitting causing all water to spray and leak to guest cabin ceiling  

The water leak ruined one of bed mattress, bed cover and throw in the guest cabin.
We had the cover and throw dry cleaned and left the mattress to dry.

In-ceiling speakers were also damaged as they are speakers designed for the interior.

A quick look at the underside of the ceiling panel revealed that this issue had many precedents (see black molds).
We were quite surprized to see why the yard did not fix the issue before handover.
